As chicken recipes go, this one has got to be the easiest one I've ever run across. The honey mustard sauce will have you going back for seconds. Cook up a side a rice and you have a great meal.
HERE'S ALL IT TAKES
Serves 6
- 1 (3-pound) fryer, cut up
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Place chicken in 13-inch by 9-inch casserole dish, skin-side up.
Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.

This is my children’s favorite meal… for the past 9 years!! It’s one of those never fail recipes.
I have a Wheat stuffed drumsticks recipe waiting in the wings. I’m thinking of using tabouleh as the stuffing. What do you think?
