I have NO IDEA how bizarre or interesting this could get for either of us. Just know, I have a video recorder on my iPhone and I'm not shy. My husband tells me all the time, "You can talk to complete strangers about broccoli. How is that possible?"
I don't have a solid plan of production written out, yet. You can be sure that the videos I will produce will have some form of entertainment and/or education mixed into the topic. Believe me, I have no spare time in my life. What time I get is due to me pushing another task aside for later. I expect your time is as precious as mine, so I won't waste it for either of us.
The initial thought behind making the videos was to cover topics that would be easier to record than write out. For instance, the Oven Shopping video is my first attempt at airing (no pun intended) my experience at a mega-electronics store. Also, I hope these videos will be a way for you to get to know me better. I know this blog looks professional and sharp, thanks to my awesome web developer. I want every one to know the one real person behind all the recipes, not a team of writers, not a corporation. The real Jill McKeever.
