Recipes from the Root Cellar by Andrea Chesman

I can't believe that I haven't told you about RECIPES from the ROOT CELLAR before now.  I've had this book in my kitchen since late last summer.  It covers  every yummy winter vegetable you can think of and the recipes are a sight for sore eyes.

FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!

If you like exploring different ways to eat beets, turnips, butternut squash, lentils and sweet potatoes.  This book is right up your alley!  There's a lot more to this cookbook than root vegetables, a whole lot more.

First off, let me just say something about the way the book is laid out.  The publisher (Storey) has put together a colorful, soft bound book with easy to read, and easy to find recipes.  There's nothing more frustrating than trying to cook from a recipe written in small fonts that are crammed together on a page.

What's on the inside counts most!  Right? Check it out.
