Bored with making the same few chicken recipes over and over? So were we. The Best Chicken Recipes offers over 300 recipes (including over 100 ALL NEW!) for making dinner interesting again. We approach chicken with a fresh eye, offering classics with a modern twist (such as Chicken Salad with Fennel, Lemon, and Parmesan or Braised Chicken with Leeks and Saffron) as well as dishes that may be entirely new, like Chicken Biryani, Warm Roast Chicken with Bread Salad and Arugula, and Korean Fried Chicken.
With our information-packed primer, we show you how to take the guesswork out of knowing when chicken is done and provide tips for boosting flavor, as well as detailed illustrations for basic butchering and carving techniques. Illustrated two-page spreads cover the basics for a variety of topics such as making quicker and better homemade chicken stock, easy pan sauces for boosting flavor, outdoor cooking essentials, and stir-frying do’s and don’ts.
Whether you want a foolproof recipe for Simple Roast Chicken, or are looking for something new to add your repertoire (Firecracker Chicken, anyone?), you’ll find it all here. In addition, we offer recipes to fit just about any lifestyle—from health conscious to time-crunched -- divided into easy-to-navigate chapters so you can find exactly what you need.

The only reason I am not subscribing for Cooks is because they do not mention the cost when you try to subscribe for the 14 days. I am not going to subscribe if it is too costly. I don’t take advantage if I know I am not going to purchase it and I can’t determine that without the cost.
Hi Comfy Cook!
I’m an online subscriber. It’s $34.95 for a one year subscription. It’s loaded with so much information, it will take me a year to read it all. I love the equipment articles and the videos. I don’t get to watch America’s Test Kitchen on regular tv, but now I don’t have to miss my favorite bits, past or present. YEAH!
Just stopped by to say Good Morning — and that I didn’t realize there was a television show connected to the Test Kitchens. Used to be a subscriber to the magazine and kept the ones I have to re-use from time to time, but I had to whittle down on my food mag subscriptions so…
Sorry I’ve been such a bad blogging buddy, but for some reason, your site continues to load very, very slowly here — sometimes not at all depending on what else I’m doing. It’s a bummer :/
