HERE'S ALL THERE'S TO IT
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 tablespoon corn meal
- 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- flour to thicken
Mix all but the flour together. Dip shrimp in mixture, the roll in dry flour before frying.
