In honor of my daughter’s 5th birthday, I’m making pink smoothies for breakfast. Maggie was my 35th birthday present that came four days late. She’s a cool kid with a lot of personality and a great sense of humor. Maggie loves pink, chocolate, and sparkly shoes. Yep, she’s pretty awesome.
MAGGIE’S PINK SMOOTHIES
Makes 4 cups
- 1 1/2 cups frozen ripe strawberries
- 16 ounces unsweetened soy milk
- 8 ounces water
- 6 ounces soy vanilla yogurt
Blend on high in an electric drink mixer until smooth.
