A couple of weeks ago, I put a call out to my food blogging friends asking if I could be a guest writer on their blog. I left it completely up to them as to whether I would write on a particular topic or write a fresh recipe that had not been published on Simple Daily Recipes. Every friend wanted a fresh recipe. Go figure.

Thanks for noticing; it was quite a challenge to create new recipes right out of my pantry, one right after the other, so quickly. I couldn’t do that every week, or SDR wouldn’t have any posts of its own.
