Pretty soon I'm gonna have to rename this food blog "Daily Smoothie Recipes." In the words of Depeche Mode, "I just can't get enough."
HERE'S ALL IT TAKES
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 fistfuls baby spinach
- 2 small, cold bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
Blend on high in a drink blender for a minimum of 20 seconds, long enough for the walnuts and spinach to blend down into non-existence. This will keep all day in the fridge. The color will darken, but it will still taste delicious.
