Book Review and Give Away: Grilled Pizza & Piadinas
My spicy friend, Bryce is an expert on spices. This man KNOWS how to put up a good food blog, Chilifire.com. I first REALLY got to know Bryce through the Great Cooks Community. We have a really cool group over there called, Barbecue College. We discuss grilling, barbecuing, what’s the best cuts of meat, and spices. This is where Bryce just SHINES. If I ever need to know anything about a particular spice, he’s the one I turn to for the info.
ANYHOO! I just caught wind of the news that he’s giving away a delicious new cookbook. He’s written a thorough book review and he has an extra book to give away.

My favorite pizza has to be White Pizza which I have never actaully made on my own but just had out. I am very traditional when I make pizzas at home and just use the basic pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and green olives. I would love to win this book so I can get out of my rut and get some new ideas!
