		<description>I made this soup, but in place of the butter I used olive oil and I added garlic. (of course I increased the ingredients to make a potful) I also browned some ground beef and set on the side so we could add alittle to our soup if we wanted. We tried it like #1 &amp; #2. It was great and I will definitely be making it again. Thanks for sharing.</description>
