Chicken Broccoli Dinner

Chicken Broccoli Dinner

Young kids really like this recipe. It takes care of the meat eaters and the veggie lovers in the family.

1 10-ounce package frozen or fresh, chopped broccoli
4 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 large can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 4-ounce can
or fresh, mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 350o F.

Mix broccoli, chicken, 1/2 can of soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, curry powder, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Spread mixture into a 7×11x2-inch baking dish treated with nonstick spray: bake 25-30 minutes.

Add remaining cheese immediately after removing from oven.

Serve with:

Your favorite heat & eat dinner rolls and green leaf salad.

Freeze and eat later:

Cover dish with foil and freeze. Thaw dish and preheat oven to 350o F. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil, stir to bring colder food in center to the outside; bake 20 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
