Where ever I write oil, butter, milk, sour cream, yogurt and cheese - don’t hesitate to substitute those ingredients for the healthiest version you like to eat.

If there’s a fat free, sugar free version of ANYTHING you see here, I say GO FOR IT!
You’re not going to hurt my feelings.

In fact, I want to know HOW OR WHAT you did differently to make these recipes healthier. One of my favorite parts of exploring recipes is reading how others made it fit their tastes. It gives me a better idea of how good the recipe really is and what I’ll need to do to make it fit our food tastes.</description>
