Dijon Lamb Shoulder Chops Print

A simple way to prepare lamb, perfect for a weeknight meal. You can easily double this recipe. Great on the grill too!

HERE'S ALL IT TAKES

Prep Time: 2 minutes • Cook Time: 10 minutes • Servings: 2

  • 2 Lamb Shoulder Chops
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

In a medium bowl whisk mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika and salt.

Place the marinade in a resealable plastic bag and add the lamb. Shake well to coat and marinate at least an hour. Preferably 6-8 hours.

To Broil: Broil 4 inches from the flame, 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

    Recipes that have such few ingredients are usually the ones that taste the best when it comes to cooking meat. I can't wait to give this one a try.

    I completely agree, Corey. Especially when we pay good money for a good cut of meat, why cover it up?

    Mustard is a natural with lamb, I'd like a little rosemary in the mix too!
