I’ll have try your version next. You know, I’ve not tried coconut milk on its own. A sweet friend of mine, Cheryl, uses it in an awesome recipe where she boils the chicken in coconut milk. I’ll have to get that recipe from her. She had us over for dinner and that was an incredible dinner.

Thanks for the great idea. I used coconut milk in place of the milk, and i didn’t do the oven portion of this recipe. Delicious!

I really enjoyed these with bacon, fruit, and orange juice. It was like being at the breakfast bar of some hotel. I felt like I was on vacation. I thought about stealing the soap from the bathroom down the hall, but I realized I would just be hurting myself

Great recipe. I’ll try them when I get home. But would they work with chocolate syrup ?
