		<description>I make the okra gumbo like my mother and grandmothers made it with
fresh tomatoes.  Peel and chop the tomatoes, saving and using all juices.
Sometimes I add about 1/4 cup water.  
This is a very good way to use those summer tomatoes from your garden.</description>

		<description>I love Fresh Okra and Tomatoes. I am from Louisiana and we smother (cook down until golden brown in color)our onions and okra together making them like a stew. We then add the tomatoes and cajun creole seasoning. Let it cook down for 30 minutes or so and then serve over hot steaming rice. It gives it that good old cajun flavor that everyone seems to love.</description>
