Thanks Jill! :)  I saw the same thread from Cooks Illustrated and I do remember many years ago I actually made my own garlic oil and never got sick from it either (before I knew about the risk). I think for the most part it&#039;s unlikely to happen, but better safe than sorry, huh?  :)</description>
