Hot and Spicy Ham Sandwiches

These crowd pleasing sandwiches are great for pot luck parties or Sunday brunch.

2 package mini rolls
Hot Pepper cheese
1 pound thinly sliced ham
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon garlic seasoning
2 or 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven at 350oF.

Melt butter: mix with last three ingredients. Slice bread in half and build sandwiches with ham and cheese in baking dish. Drizzle butter mixture over top sandwiches. Bake for 20 minutes.

Substitution

Cheddar or American cheese can be used instead of hot pepper cheese.

Variation

Make 6 rolls with cheddar cheese and 6 with hot pepper cheese.
