I just started making my own breads and friends tell me I MUST get this book. {And the first one too!} Based on their recommendations alone I wanted to give it a try but now after reading the interview I’m even more excited!

My husband got me both of these books for Christmas, and I just LOVE them! I plan on giving one of them to my daughter, and one to my son’s girlfriend, for their birthdays. With my large one income family, I am doing more cooking and baking from scratch, and these books will be SUCH a help!

I’m very excited to try this book. I have the author’s first cookbook, and my family loves to have fresh bread 3 or 4 nights a week now. I’d love to add more whole grains to our breads though, so this would be great to own.

Started baking bread again two years ago when I needed french bread for dinner that evening, and “the bread man” would not be up the hill for two more days!! Now, I do all our bread, and I’ve started with bagels (so easy!!). I want to try English muffins next. Certainly don’t miss all the preservatives! It would be fun to try the Healthy versions in the new book.

In the past few years, I have begun baking 90% of the bread that I eat. I did so in part because of the amazing taste of freshly baked bread, but also because I wanted to control the ingredients. The recipes in your new book sound like they’d be just right for me.

LOL! My husband knows your husband’s pain.

I’ve learned to ignore his first look into the cooking pots and just get dinner to the table. My husband can be just as picky as the 6-year old. He won’t admit it to anyone else, but he’s picky.

I’ve also learned to make lunch time, My Special Meal Time. It’s when I can eat all the eggplant, spinach, tabbouleh, mushrooms, fish, etc…I want to eat without the looks.
