I tried this salsa out and it was pretty good, but there was something in the initial flavor that I didn’t care for…can’t place it though. Other than that, it’s got a nice kick to it, and I can’t stop eating it. Oh yeah, and it’s a very unique salsa recipe to boot. Thanks!

I tried out this recipe to go with some other dishes along with the Caribbean Tuna steaks I was making. This salsa is delicious. The spice from the jalapenos pairs great with the sweetness of the peaches. I wasn’t too sure about the cider vinegar, but it adds to the acidity of the lime juice and brings everything together. Great, great recipe. I’m sure we’ll eat the whole bowl tonight!

You know, my Uncle, who is the pickiest eater in the world, was VERY RELUCTANT to try this salsa combination.

He TOTALLY CHOWED DOWN on this salsa!
I was so glad I doubled the recipe when I took it to our family cook out.

Yum! Looks delicious. We just got invited to an impromptu family dinner party and this is what I’m going to take. Should be great alongside the grilled chicken.
