What you didnt say, and therefore I ask, is did you remove the marinade from the meat before grilling, or leave it on?

This recipe really works on beef. I enjoyed the cilantro with the onion and smokey chili powder… like a salsa crust. Mmmm

There’s a dry version to this rub that keeps well in an air-tight jar. I’ll post it soon.
