Oh Gina, you gotta use the panko crumbs for the crunchy oven fried goodness. I noticed panko crumbs are no longer the hard to find item they use to be. That’s good!

This looks excellent! I’m a sucker for fried chicken, never tried it with panko!

Tried those with regular and Panko Bread Crumbs. Without a doubt using Panko makes this recipe a winner.

I also added grated Parmiggiano to the panko breadcrumbs.
