The marketing on Pam Professional High Heat is trying to appeal to the IronChef foodie types. But pay no mind to that - THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS!It's formulated for extreme high heat cooking (I'm thinking grilling & broiling for my uses.)But my truly favorite part is that it will NOT get gummy on your cookware. Just like you see in the 2nd picture above, excess spray just beads up like water and wipes off like water.Pick up a can and see for yourself. It costs the same as regular Pam, but it's WAY BETTER!

I JUST saw this at the store and was wondering if it was good or just a fancy package!

I could have used it last weekend... regular spray always burns when we do pancakes. Sounds like a fix.

I remember reading about this in Cook's Illustrated. I haven't tried it yet but they agreed with you - it really did work well.
