I did have an "aha" moment as I thought back to my childhood and the glass bottles w/ cream on the top but when I thought of my Grandma and her butter and cream money that she received by skimming the fresh cow milk after the cream rose to the top and how overjoyed she was when she received her hand cranked machine to seperate the milk and cream I suddenly realized we were drinking skimmed milk! And I thought that was a new thing brought about by the low fat diets we now eat. (or are suppose too) Thanks for the informative info. I just watch the milk video and enjoyed it so much. I would go with him or one of my uncles and milk the cows, that's the best milk I've ever had in my life. I do miss that :( I don't have a name for you, but I hope we can see more farmers like that selling their products all around the country.
