I turned the corner about 18 months ago and stopped buying pre-packaged food for our family as part of a personal trainer plan and can&#039;t believe the difference in not only my waistline (lost 20 pounds) but in my increased energy level. We eat the basic stuff like you cook: veggies, fruit, whole grains and and lean protein.

Would love the Rachel Ray book to help me with more ideas!
