		<description>Jill - this looks yummy, but you might want to put a disclaimer in your post for those who don&#039;t know ... you do need to consume the garlic oil soon or discard it.  Homemade garlic oil can breed botulism.  You reduce the risk somewhat by cooking it first, but it doesn&#039;t entirely remove it.</description>
