Shrimp Batter Print

HERE'S ALL THERE'S TO IT

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon corn meal
  • 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • flour to thicken

Mix all but the flour together.  Dip shrimp in mixture, the roll in dry flour before frying.
