Like I wrote in the post, the made from scratch recipe I had was more work than I was interested in. Buying the box was my ticket to happiness in the kitchen. I admit, I’m not the adventurous baker. ‘They’ say I’m just a great cook! I’m good with that.

Oooh, Lime? That’s sounds GOOD! I keep wanting this frosting to have a hint of lemon everytime I bite into it.
Lime would rock! Thanks for the tip off – what else have you put lime frosting on?

They are beautiful and so simple to make. I make a carrot cake with lime frosting that turns out delicious. But I still prefer the cream cheese frosting
