Hi Kate!
If you need to see the master steps, watch this video of Jeff & Zoe, the authors of Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMxJgIpe38Q" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Making Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day Video</a>

Before you start baking, I recommend you let your dough chill in the refrigerator AFTER that first rise & collapse. Cold dough is easier to handle. The dough is a wet and can be sticky. When shaping, use flour to keep you separated from the dough but not to add into the dough. There's no kneading ever, only shaping quickly (30 - 60 seconds).

I have read about this book before, but now you have convinced to look into it further.

Your bread looks so delicious. I know my family would love it. I think it will be a perfect Sunday project for me tomorrow.
