Last weekend, I found on sale and purchased, The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. It’s Ina Garten’s first cookbook. It has a yummy looking Spinach Pie that I’m eager to try. Of course, I’ll post it if it’s a hit with the family.

My mom used to make something similar to this using puff pastry and a kind of creamy spinach filling. I was just thinking about making this since I have some puff pastry in the fridge I need to use. I will try this version. Thanks for sharing
