It’s always so nice to cook up something new with what we already have on hand in our pantry.

I can’t help relate it to when my girl friends have stepped into my closet filled with the same old clothes,
and pull together a completely fresh outfit for me that I would have never created. In a good way, of course.

My mom made then with cinnamon and sugar ever time she made a pie. I didn’t care for pie but I really looked forward to those cookies. Boy I had a great mom.

Your pie crust cookies brought back memories of when I was a little girl and my mom would bake the left over pie crust and spread a little jam on top. That was always a real treat.

Thong cookies. Haha, love it. Best name of the year. (And a good thing, since theres only 11 1/2 hours left!) And such a timely post, these just made their way to my New Years Eve “grazing” table for tonight… Game night and pie crust cookies, couldn’t ask for better!
