Okay, first of all, let me say, these look very good……I will definitely give them a try.

Secondly, this, “But Miz Scarlett, I don’t know nuttin’bout birthin’ no recipes!!” made me laugh out loud!

The Sweet Potato Oat Bars were a nice alternative to the Creamy Lemon Oat Bars, but I can’t say they were my favorite so far. I think more nuts mixed into the crust would have given it a richer flavor and balanced out the mild sweet potato flavor gap. Of course, having the lemon bars first really set the bar high.
