		<description>I don&#039;t see any reason why not, so long as you don&#039;t allow them to sit and absorb water.  Be sure to let them completely dry before toasting or grinding.  You may end up with soft peppercorns</description>

		<description>It doesn&#039;t take anytime at all to toast up peppercorns, then grind&#039;em up and store them away.

I&#039;ve gone through my third bottle of peppercorns and it MIGHT take me 15 minutes for the whole process.  

The flavor is so worth every minute!  I&#039;m very pleased with the way it has improved my recipes.</description>
