I experimented with pressure cooking potato wedges in the Instant Pot before baking them off in the oven. I'd read somewhere in the interweb about coating them in flour and baking them off to make creamy/crispy home fries. You'll see what happens.

Not much of a recipe here:
potato cut into fries
garbanzo bean flour
salt & pepper

Feel free to get fancy with the spices. This video was my first run on how the process goes, not how to season the fries.
