I'll admit it's been too long since I've tasted Ranch dressing. However, my accidental vegan buttermilk dressing here comes pretty darn close to meet my standard of goodness.
HERE'S ALL YOU NEED
1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
3 teaspoons vinegar
6 ounces silken tofu
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon evaporated cane juice sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
