I figured out another AWESOME way to cook up a Jillicious breakfast! Any reason to use an Instant Pot is a good reason. Amen?

HERE'S ALL IT TAKES

3 small potatoes, peeled & diced
1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
5-8 white mushrooms, sliced
1 package vegan breakfast sausage, thawed & chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 (14 oz.) package extra-firm tofu, drained & crumbled
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onion granules
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon black salt (Kala Namak), optional
