I have days, not everyday, but certain days when a large spoon of Nutella straight out of the jar is necessary for bringing my world back to a state of peace.

Anyone else get those days?

Thank you for the puff pastry snazzy snack idea. I’m going to try that the next time I have my friends over for lattes.

Nutella has become a pantry staple for us. It’s just as important that I get it as well as the creamy peanut butter.

Growing up in Europe, Nutella is a staple. Slap it on any bread and it’s great breakfast or lunch.

Nutella is like the creamy centre of a Ferrero Rocher without the little nuts getting stuck in your teeth.

You can spread it on puff pastry, roll it it up, slice into little bits, bake em a few minutes and you have a snazzy snack for tea or to go with morning coffee!

Ok all you dieters… there is a sugar free substitute for nutella called:
TWIST Sugar Free Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
I buy it online at: Netrition.com
trust me, it’s terrific if you need sugar free. I use it as topping on my s/f cheesecakes and spread on Murrays s/f cookies. yummmmm

Nutella is to food, what Love is to emotions.

But I cannot eat it.

First ingredient? Sugar. So much for us sugar watchers!! But I do remember it fondly and with a distinct sense of loss… **
