Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together on high in a heavy duty drink blender.
  2. Share with a friend at breakfast or anytime of the day. ;D
