Vegan Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe - Not to be eaten as a soup but used in all those casserole recipes that call for cream of chicken soup to moisten the dish. You're going to want to hug me after you try it in your next casserole. ;D

HERE'S ALL IT TAKES
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 1/4 cup nondairy milk or water
- 2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon No Chicken Base
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
Blend all the ingredients with a mixer or food processor. Makes a little more than 2 cups. Keeps well in fridge for up to one week.
