The night before, I got a hankering for my favorite fruit salad. This morning there was just enough to blend into a breakfast smoothie. I thought it might turn out funny tasting with the pecans. It didn't. It was EXCELLENT! I couldn't taste the pecans at all, neither could the kids. ;D heeheehee
In the photo above, the purple bits in the photo are coconut flakes that mingled with the blueberries all night.
HERE'S ALL IT TAKES
- 2 cups Quick, Quick Fruit Salad
- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
Blend on high for a good 20 seconds until completely smooth.
