This Creamy Pecan Smoothie is like drinking a caramel pecan coffee cake. I'm so glad everything in it is good for me. It helps when I go back for seconds.
HERE'S ALL IT TAKES
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 large, cold bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Use a drink blender to blend for at least 20 seconds, until completely smooth.
