Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast

The kids and I have been enjoying this super easy, simple, breakfast the past few mornings.


  • 2 slices whole wheat toast
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 8 banana slices per sandwich
  • a glass of orange juice

We have had to hurry out the door everyday this week. Making these breakfast sandwiches made it easy to eat on the go and kept us satisfied until lunch time.
