Spicy Salsa Recipe


  • 1 (15 oz) can chipotle seasoned diced tomatoes
  • healthy handful of fresh cilantro; rinsed, thick stems removed
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • juice from 1/2 lime

Add tomatoes, cilantro and garlic into a food processor. Pulse for 20 to 30 seconds, just until there's a happy medium of small chunks without it being pureed.  Transfer to bowl and stir in lime juice.
