Watch how I like to peel and freeze several bulbs of garlic at one time. Whenever garlic is on sale at the grocery store, I stock up. Then, I make a point to sit down for a bit and peel away. It's all worth it when it comes cooking time. I like being able to reach into the freezer and grab a handful of peeled garlic cloves. It takes some of the hassle out of cooking.
