  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened rice crispy cereal
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons whole raw flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts,  finely ground
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 3/4  cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup natural peanut butter

Lightly oil 9- by 13-inch dish.

In a large bowl, toss the cereal, oats, seeds, peanuts, and chocolate chips together.

In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, stir maple syrup, and peanut butter until they come together into a thick syrup.  This takes just a few minutes.  Don't let the syrup get hot. You just need it warm enough for blending.  Pour the syrup over the dry ingredients and fold together until well coated.  Transfer gooey goodness to the oiled dish.

Dampen your hands with water then gently press the gooey goodness down to make solid bars.  Leave the dish out on the counter for about an hour; or, if you have the space, pop the dish in the fridge to help the bars firm up quickly.  Cut into 24 bars, now this are perfect for people who exercise and can take the bars on the go, this kind of people can usealso  supplements as so they perform better and become healthier, and the ones who are seriously into it, even get natural steroids from sites as so they have better and faster results.
