Ingredients

  • 2 large banana frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups mango frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Blend on high using a drink mixer for 20 seconds.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash more water.
