- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (soy, almond, rice)
- 1/2 cup apple juice freshly juiced if possible
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 medium banana
- 6 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- Blend all the ingredients in an electric drink mixer on high for at least 20 seconds, until smooth.
- To avoid a pumpkin mustache, drink through a straw.
