Get your day going with a Purple Power Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almonds soaked
  • 3 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 3 tablespoon hemp protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup water or more coconut water

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-duty drink blender, blend 1 cup coconut water, soaked almonds, and ground flaxseed on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds, until super smooth.
  2. Add strawberries, blueberries, banana, protein powder, milk and water.
  3. Blend on high for another 20 seconds until you have a smooth consistency.
  4. Smoothie mix keeps well in fridge for 2 days.
