Butt Veggie Stew – Vegan Instant Pot Recipe

I could have called this recipe "Butternut Squash Stew," but what's funny about that? The recipe itself tastes nothing like a butt. Not that I've ever tasted a butt. I've never tasted a butt. ANYHOO.


2 cups cubed butternut squash
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/2 (15 oz.) can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) can Bush’s Kidney beans in Chili Sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 medium onion, chopped
