Have you tried vegan "Hot Wings" made with cauliflower? It's all the rage on the plant-based inter web. ;D This is a pretty simple recipe to follow. I highly recommended adding more spices to your hot wang desires.
HERE'S ALL YOU NEED
Preheat oven 450ºF
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 cup plain unsweet nondairy milk
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Bake 15 minutes until golden and fork-tender.
Once florets are finished baking, toss with hot sauce in a huge bowl and serve with my Vegan Buttermilk Dressing ( http://youtu.be/d_JVWaHghD8 )
