Totally baked, not fried. Practically oil-free, except for the smidge of coconut oil (fresh, courtesy of Coconutoility.com) in the spiced glaze. If you can bake muffins, you can make Guilt-Free Doughnuts. They're JILLICIOUS!
HERE’S ALL YOU NEED
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoon water
1/2 cup mashed banana
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened plain soymilk
2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2/3 cup evaporated cane juice sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bake 400ºF, 10 minutes
GLAZE
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoon powder sugar
dash of ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon unsweetened plain soymilk
